It is the object of the support services offered by HR Champions and C&G Services to avoid any cases reaching litigation, however should this be unavoidable, as an EmployerGuard client, you can be assured that the Management Liability Portfolio policy will unconditionally provide for legal representation. Furthermore, in the event of a claim, provided you have fulfilled certain criteria, you will not be charged any excess; a unique feature.
There are three elements:-
- A Human Resources help line provided by HR Champions Ltd providing unlimited telephone support and advice in all areas of Employment Law and HR practices and procedures
- A Health and Safety help line provided by C&G Safety & Environmental Ltd. Similarly unlimited support and advice is provided in regard to Health and Safety issues and practices
- Management Liability Portfolio (MLP) insurance policy. Provided through Brunsdon Group and underwritten by Hiscox, this policy underpins the HR and H&S elements by guaranteeing legal representation and defence costs for any claims.
