Fire Safety Is A Legal Requirement
- Do you comply with the latest Fire Risk legislation?
- Do your employees know what to do in the event of a fire?
- Have you and your staff had the required training?
- Are you looking for an accredited professional fire safety partner?
Fire Safety is not a nice to have, it is a LEGAL REQUIREMENT. We know running a business often means you do not have time to handle all your business requirements, this is where we step in to take control of all your fire safety requirements.
When Is A Fire Assessment Required?
Fire risk assessments are required for all non-domestic premises including HMO`s (flats and house in multiple occupations – it is, therefore, your responsibility to ensure risk assessments are carried out every time there are material changes such as new machines, substances or working procedures.
These changes can significantly affect the results of your fire risk assessment and we’d recommend that your review takes place at least annually.
