Roger, a Chartered Health & Safety Practitioner with IOSH, has been involved with the company from the start. He has over 15 years' health & safety consultancy experience in industries ranging from retail and leisure through to heavy industry. He can advise on complex COSHH risk assessment issues such as isocyanates, welding fumes and solvents. Roger can offer good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills and a wide-ranging theoretical and practical knowledge of health and safety.
John Oldmeadow
TechIOSH Diploma Part 1, Construction Safety Specialist, CDM Coordinator
John has over 15 years' consultancy experience and is qualified to Diploma Part 1 and TechIOSH level. He has a wealth of experience and has covered construction project safety and site safety visits for a range of projects from high-profile City of London developments to combined heat & power generation plants and international airports. A highly experienced CDM Coordinator, John takes a practical approach to site safety issues and his sound working knowledge ensures that the safety message gets through to staff at all levels.
Stephen Bentley

Stephen has worked in the manufacturing industry for many years and has travelled throughout Europe and Scandinavia carrying out safety audits, providing technical advice, developing health & safety policies and delivering safety training programmes. He has more than 25 years of experience co-ordinating safety within an International business and is able to work within contracting trades as well as the engineering sector. His vast experience is particularly relevant in helping our larger clients to promote safety cost-effectively. Steve has brought companies to full five star audit and Sword of Honour status through health and safety policy development and audit.
John Sennett
Tech IOSH, Safety & Environmental Consultant, Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor, Transport Industry Specialist
John has vast experience in industry with a broad spread of skills, from the management of safety within large organisations to the implementation of environmental management and consultancy programmes to ISO14001. John has a particular specialism in the road transport and vehicle sectors, where his breadth of knowledge and experience has proved of great value to our clients but also completes work for contracting companies and engineering firms. A highly experienced Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor (DGSA) with strong skills in health and safety policy development and fire risk assessment. John also has a wealth of experience in logistics, roads transport and distribution.
Derek Purchase
BSc (Hons), DipNEBOSH, SpDipEM, CMIOSH, MIIRSM, RMaPS, Construction Safety Specialist, CDM Coordinator
Derek has worked for a number of large contractors on some very high profile and high value projects. His 28 years experience in the construction industry and capability allow him to assist major contactors at the highest level providing services including CDM Coordinator on large projects in excess of £500m. He has a a degree in civil engineering from Loughborough University plus 15 years involved specifically in construction site safety. He is a hands on practical safety professional with excellent inter personal skills
