Peter has a huge amount of experience gained firstly within production and engineering environments and has worked with a diverse range of other businesses over the past 20 years including the NHS and other healthcare sector organisations, construction groups, waste management and recycling, aggregates and estate management.
Peter has worked at the highest level to implement and mentor staff within large organisations on successful health and safety management. He has developed and delivered bespoke and externally accredited training programmes working alongside Senior Management Teams, Boards of Trustees, Directors, Managers and other key stakeholders.
Key competencies: Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH), auditing, fire risk assessment, policy development and implementation, mentoring of staff in key safety roles, liaison with contractors, designers and others on mixed use developments, construction safety auditing, scaffold safety inspections (including birdcage). Healthcare Specific: risk reviews, health strategies for working people, liaison with community groups and charitable organisations.
