EmployerGuard (www.employerguard.co.uk) is a package of services, designed to support and protect your business and your fellow directors and officers against the potentially damaging legal action that can result from new and changing legislation. Outsourcing both your HR and health and safety roles allows you to save costs and concentrate on your business.
It is the object of the support services offered by HR Champions and C&G Services to avoid any cases reaching litigation, however should this be unavoidable, as an EmployerGuard client, you can be assured that the Management Liability policy will unconditionally provide for legal representation. Furthermore, in the event of a claim, provided you have fulfilled certain criteria, you will not be charged any excess; a unique feature. We also have access to highly skilled legal advice from employment law solicitors, Menzies Law, a leading law firm with extensive experience in the field of employment law.
There are three elements:-
- A Human Resources help line provided by HR Champions Ltd providing unlimited telephone support and advice in all areas of Employment Law and HR practices and procedures
- A Health and Safety help line provided by C&G Safety & Environmental Ltd. Similarly unlimited support and advice is provided in regard to Health and Safety issues and practices
- Management Liability insurance policy. Provided through Brunsdon Group, this policy underpins the HR and H&S elements by guaranteeing legal representation and defence costs for any claims.
