Free training sessions on Managing HR and Safety Risks within your Business

Our current round of Breakfast Clubs are shown below. These session are open to existing clients and any other interested parties who register their interest on our bookings page.  A light breakfast or lunch is provided and experts in HR and Health and Safety will be present to answer your questions, we look forward to welcoming you, just click on any venue for a map of how to get there.  Please arrive by 8am for the breakfast clubs and by 12 pm for the lunch clubs.  The sessions should last no more than 1.5 hours but can sometimes run over if there is a lively discussion!

Topics covered
You will be taken through an update of H&S and HR issues with presentations by three professionals with over 20 years individual experience consulting with regional, national and international businesses. 

In particular our autumn sessions will update you on;

• “Claims and compensation, how to protect yourself and your business”   Roger Hart, Managing Director of C&G Safety, will explore what typically follows when an accident which turns into a legal claim or prosecution examining what steps you can take to control and minimise your exposure to risk;
• Top Tips for Investigations, covering how to manage investigations properly that arise from a disciplinary case or accusations by Hannah James, HR Consultant, HR Champions Limited.

A light breakfast will be provided as part of the event.  These meetings are intended as short sessions to update you on new issues and are not networking events, however, there will be an opportunity to meet and talk with other local business owners, Directors and Senior Managers who are likely to share similar issues and concerns.
